Using Agent Snapshot in Ingenious 2.0

1. Accessing Agent Snapshot 0:00

• Welcome to Agent Snapshot and Ingenious 2.0.

• Purpose: Get a snapshot of real estate agents across the country by entering their name.

2. Navigating to Agent Snapshot 0:16

• Locate the Agent Snapshot in the left-hand navigation pane.

• Best practice: Select the state where the agent is transacting.

3. Searching for an Agent 0:21

• Example: Find a real estate agent in California.

• Enter the name of the real estate agent in the search bar.

4. Viewing Agent Information 0:33

• Click 'apply' to retrieve data.

• Access approximately six and a half years of data since January 2016.

• Information displayed includes:

  • Agent's contact information

  • Office details (name, number)

  • Mobile number

  • Email address.

5. Analyzing Transaction History 0:50

• Summary breakdown of all real estate offices the agent has worked at.

• View transactions completed at each office, including:

  • Bi-side lists.

6. Year Over Year Production 0:56

• Bottom left corner: Year over year production table.

• Breakdown of bi-side and list side activity.

• Right side: Time chart showing production trends over the years.

7. Exploring Partner Relationships 1:11

• Scroll down to see key real estate partner relationships of the agent.

8. Geographic Footprint of Transactions 1:22

• View the geographic footprint of the agent's transactions.

• Option to drill down to CPSA or county level.

9. Accessing Partner Information 1:22

• Click on any partner's name to drill into their transaction details.
