Guide to Using Agent Analytics in Genius 2.0

1. Access Agent Analytics 0:01

  • Navigate to the left-hand side of your screen.

  • Select 'Agent Analytics' from the always-on navigation pane.

2. Set Time Period Filters 0:12

  • Choose a specific time period using predefined filters or by entering a custom date range.

3. Select Geography 0:26

  • Choose your target area by selecting:

    • State

    • CBSA (Core-Based Statistical Area)

    • County

    • City

  • Click 'Apply' after making your selection.

4. View Top Real Estate Agents 0:39

  • You will see the top 2,000 real estate agents in your selected market (e.g., Dallas Fort Worth).

  • Optionally, filter by specific brands (e.g., Compass, Keller Williams) or individual offices.

5. Utilize Filters for Specific Agents 1:00

  • Use dropdowns to search for specific real estate offices or agents.

  • Check the filters set in real-time and the last transaction date.

6. Analyze Agent Production 1:11

  • Use the bar chart selector to view leaderboards based on:

    • Real estate brand

    • Office

    • MLS

    • Property type

    • Geography (county, city, state, zip)

  • Adjust the time period selector to monthly, quarterly, or annually.

  • Define your target demographic by entering specifics such as:

    • Minimum and maximum number of transactions (e.g., 40 to 120).

    • Average sales price criteria.

    • Minimum percentage of buyer-side units.
