Reset password

Learn how to reset a forgotten password or change your password from within the system.

To reset a forgotten password email support@ingenius-data.com and ask to have your password reset. 

Once you're able to login and would like to change your temporary password:

  1. Navigate to the user icon in the upper right corner of the screen
  2. Select My Account Settings
  3. Click on Change Password
  4. Enter your current password
  5. Enter New Password
  6. Confirm your new password
  7. Save Changes
