Realtor Analytics

Overview of how to navigate the Growth Multiplier Realtor Analytics Module.

 

 

  1. Set your Geographic Filters to your target market. 
  2. Adjust the time period by selecting years or specific date range. 
  3. Customize graph views based on your preference.
  4. The data table below will default to the top 10 Real Estate Offices (1st Field Selector)
    1. Increase 1st Field Rows Selected to view more Real Estate Offices
  5. Change Report Selector to Crosstab to view the relationship of Real Estate Offices and the Agents in those offices. 
  6. Navigate to the Agent Analytics tab at the top of the page. 
  7. Increase the Rows to Display to 250. 
  8. Apply any desired production filters in the left had navigation. 
  9. Analyze production data and sort by any of the column headers.
  10. Download the data by clicking the download icon in the upper right hand corner and select Crosstab to download to Excel or CSV.
