Overview of how to navigate the Growth Multiplier Relationships Module.

 

 

  1. Set your Geographic Filters to your target market. 
  2. Adjust the time period by selecting years or specific date range. 
  3. Customize graph views based on your preference.
  4. The data table below will default to the top 10 Real Estate Offices (1st Field Selector) and the top 10 Lenders (2nd Field Selector) they work with. 
    1. Increase 1st Field Rows Selected to view more Real Estate Offices
    2. Increase 2nd Field Rows Selected to view more Lenders
    3. Change the 1st & 2nd Field Selectors to view different relationships
  5. Use the Field to Search if you want to look up a specific Lender, Real Estate Office, Loan Officer or Agent.
    1. Indicate what you're looking for in the Field to Search dropdown.
    2. Enter the name in the Search Text box.

 

Note:  The Relationships Module only displays transactions that can be validated on all required data elements, across multiple sources.  Because of this, the production will likely be understated when compared to Recruiting and Realtor Modules.
