Wholesale Strategy

This article provides an overview of a strategic wholesale use case for the Loan Officer Recruiting Advanced Module.

 

 

  1. Set look back period by using year or specific date selector.
  2. Use Geographic Filters to specify the location of the transactions by subject property address. 
  3. Use Company Filters to specify the location of the company or loan originator(s). 
  4. Set LO Employer to your target Broker Company
  5. Set any additional filters you would like along the left hand navigation. 
  6. Adjust the Map Selector, Bar Chart and Time Period visuals to your preferred view.
  7. Change Report Selector, Field Selector to desired data elements.
    1. A good example would be to set the Report Selector to Crosstab, set the First Field Selector to Loan Officer and set the Second Field Selector to Lender. 
  8. Increase the Field Rows up to 500.
  9. Navigate to the RECRUITING BIG BOARD.
  10. Set additional Branch Filters, Production Filters and Product Mix filters, as desired.
  11. Change Recruiting Report Selector to Branch View to see LOs grouped by branch. 
  12. Navigate to the LOAN OFFICER CONTACT DB.
  13. Review and sort information by any column header.
  14. Click download icon in the upper right hand corner, select Crosstab, select LO Database, choose Excel or CSV file type and lick Download.

Tip: If you're unable to find the LO Employer using the filter on the left navigation, use the search field in the center of the screen.  Change the dropdown to LO Employer and enter the company name in the search box.
